Renew the Renewables

From solar plant commissioning to solar decommissioning

Sustainability is our core focus. Rinnterra is building a closed-loop economy for solar, bridging supply chains and unlocking the critical value in solar e-waste.

Partner with us What we do

About Rinnterra

Rinnterra Renewables and Technologies champions true sustainability in the global energy sector by managing clean energy assets across its lifecycle.

Why it matters now

The first wave is retiring

India's first wave of solar installations is nearing the end of its life. We expect many more waves to follow, driven by advancing technology, higher-efficiency modules and an ever-growing energy sector.

Value is being lost

Retired solar infrastructure holds key critical and valuable minerals such as silicon, silver, copper, aluminium and glass. In the informal sector, unscientific dismantling, scrapping and dumping wastes that value and puts the environment and safety at risk, releasing toxic substances into soil, water and air.

What we do

Two core pillars

Sustainability runs through both. We serve clean energy assets across their whole life, from the first watt to the last recovered gram.

End of life

Sustainable End-of-Life Recovery

Unmanaged solar scrap poses a severe ecological threat.
We tackle it with AI-driven reverse logistics, transparent scrap trading and advanced recycling.

New capacity

Future-Ready Infrastructure

Alongside resource recovery, we deliver complete solar EPC and battery storage solutions, deploying clean energy capacity designed for zero waste.

  • Solar EPCDesign, engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning.
  • Battery storageBESS that makes solar power available when it's needed.
  • Smart monitoringAutomation of solar plants, leveraging the world's leading technology infrastructure.
50+ MWof solar capacity commissioned across India by our founding team.

Intelligence across the lifecycle. Our DeepTech AI platform grades solar power plant health, enhances plant performance, optimises logistics and provides plant valuation.
